Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Glow and Gild jewelry. If you're not happy, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Earrings must be unworn for hygiene reasons.
• Personalized items (custom name, initial, birthstone and zodiac pieces) are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email us at goukerkyle2@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

The buyer covers return shipping costs. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover it, and send a replacement or full refund. Please email a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only if your item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.
